We will bring the pigs to the processer/ butcher, Arapahoe Meat Company in Lafayette, CO
We will pick up the order and arrange with you a time and place to either deliver the order to you or for you to pick up the order in the front range of Boulder County (ie, Longmont, Boulder, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, or Erie)
When will it be ready? End of January 2026
How much meat will it be? How much freezer space do I need? Each eighth share of grass-fed, soy-free, corn-free, non-gmo pork yields about 15-20 pounds of finished, packaged pork, requiring approximately .75 cubic feet of freezer space. That's less than a reusable grocery shopping bag.
